Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Returns

Products must be returned to us within 10 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, along with original packing materials, invoice, and courier receipt (if any).

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected by BrinnTech, we will initiate the refund to your original payment source or the chosen refund method with in 2-3 Working days . Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank, and may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Refund & Cancellation for Service Provider Orders

For purchases of services provided by third-party service providers, please note that no refunds and no cancellations will be entertained once payment has been made, unless otherwise specified by the service provider.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. Alternatively, customers can cancel an order any time before it has been shipped/dispatched. Once a product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, returns are still available as per our Returns policy.

Shipping & Delivery

BrinnTech ships to most locations across India. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days from the date of shipping. For remote areas, shipments may be sent via India Speedpost and may take up to 1–2 weeks depending on the location.

Occasionally, shipments may experience unexpected delays due to logistics challenges beyond our control. While we work to resolve such issues quickly, BrinnTech is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events. In rare cases where a shipment becomes physically untraceable or takes an unusually long time to deliver, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount to the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

1. Log in to your account and go to Orders > select the order > click Return or Cancel (if available).
2. Alternatively, contact our customer support at support@brinntech.in with your order number and reason for return/cancellation.
3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and send it to the address provided by our support team or through the return portal.

Important Notes

• Returns that do not meet the return conditions (used, damaged, or missing tags) may be rejected.
• Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refund will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
